Day 2 it's a wet one..,

Morning spent cycling through quite Cornish lanes filled with yellow primroses and the smell of ransom( wild garlic). We Crossed by ferry from Fowey only two of us on board as it was so early. Very steep climb up out of jetty and on to Looe and then on to Torpoint past HMS Raleigh our last stage in Cornwall.
Met some friendly Navy boys cycling onto Torpoint ferry to Plymouth who advised not stop in Plymouth as it was a dump lol. Turned out they were right! Lol so went straight up hill to Dartmoor into Devon. Busy dual carriageways very scary after being on rural lanes, we're just not used to traffic so stuck to the cycle lanes.
Eventually found a nice pub called Rock Inn for lunch to sit out the rain which had now set in.
We held off as long as possible but had to eventually brave it. Dartmoor Hills were deceptive wrapped in heavy mist couldn't see much of Dartmoor tho. Top speed coming off Dartmoor 46mph scary! .Stopped off at Postbtidge to see an old medieval stone bridge. A Long downhill to Mortonhampstead  was a great freewheel and arrived at the Sparrowhawk backpackers for hot shower earlier than we expected!.
