Training run Cumnock & Wanlockhead
Well last day out on bikes before we go south, weather better on Saturday headed to Ayrshire town of Cumnock then on to Dumfries & Galloway to a village called Sanqhuar (Oldest Post Office in UK!) for spicy bean soup and finally back to Wanlockhead In South Lanarkshire (highest village in Scotland) overall 76miles and a 2,500 ft gain phew!

Planning our Trip!
Hi Everyone!,
Thanks for all your help in fund raising for the BHF, we started some months ago to plan this journey of a lifetime, we also thought it right you could also share in this epic journey by following us on this blog and keeping up to date with our progress each day.
Cycling from Land's End to John o'Groats, or the "End to End" as it is popularly know , is a truly British adventure. Its going to be a challenging long distance cycle tour of just over a thousand miles, from the very tip of the south-west England to the far north of Scotland, hopefully with a two week time frame.
